Lisa Holzwarth
Ms. Holzwarth is a Senior Adviser for Perkins Fund Development & Distribution, providing advice and guidance on the development of marketing materials, marketing plans and business development.
Ms. Holzwarth is also a Senior Managing Director and Partner at Perkins Fund Marketing, where she works with Mr. Perkins on new business development. She also leads the marketing plan implementation for new managers and is responsible for sales in the Pacific Northwest and Tennessee, as well as Tri-State, Texas and California named accounts.
Ms. Holzwarth joined Perkins Fund Marketing in February 2000 with over 15 years of corporate banking, corporate finance and debt and equity private placement experience. Previous positions include Vice-President, Corporate Finance Group at Credit, Research & Trading LLC, an investment banking boutique specializing in middle market transactions, and Director, Private Placement Group at Nesbitt Burns Securities/Bank of Montreal with both origination and distribution responsibilities. Ms. Holzwarth was credit-trained at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company where she was a member of a large corporate lending team in the North America division for five years.
Ms. Holzwarth earned an A.B. in English cum laude from Bowdoin College.
